Second printing; blue-gray cloth with gilt titles to spine, 9 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches, 399 pages, black and white photographs. Corners very lightly bumped, offset toning in rear endpapers; dust jacket rubbed and edge worn with chipping at spine ends and tiny closed tear at top rear edge. The story of the Creek people from their aboriginal beginnings to the loss of their political independence during the first decade of the twentieth century.
