London: Collins Crime Club, 1941. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Original publisher's orange cloth, lettered black on spine. A neat former owner's name on the FFEP, quite heavy foxing to the page edges and some pushing/fading at the spine tips (matching chips in the D/W). The D/W is priced 7s 6d net to the inside flap (as called for). The orange spine of the D/W is faded to a lighter hue. At the spine ends there is creasing and very minor loss (partially affecting the CL of CLUB at the base of the spine). Priced accordingly
