Illustrator: Photographic. 1.2 kg; 192 pages, last seven pages blank. 1101 items are listed, where possible with credit to the artist or maker, with a price range indicated of the auctioneer's expectations. The major pieces have an accompanying illustration in colour. Colour illustrated dust jacket. Blue place marker ribbon. In very good condition. This auction represented the breaking up of the private collection of a pair of antique dealers who died within 12 months of each other. Their collection featured the best of everything. Delicate, fine, elegant. These words described mostly the arts, and statuary that were offered for sale. My guess is that most of the items that were sold had not been seen for 20 years, and probably will not resurface for sale in Melbourne for at least that long again. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
