Sobre este artículo
New York: Dodd Mead & Company, 1897. Isabel (1831-1896) was an author herself, but certainly overshadowed by her famous husband; unfortunately remembered for burning some of his more "controversial" translations. These are Very Good (Plus) to Near Fine copies of the First American Edition. Blue-black cloth binding, ruled on the covers in blue with her signature in gilt; the rules continue onto the spine, with the titling in giltt. Clean texts; xv, list of illustrations, 374 pages, and vii, list of illustrations, pagination continues from 375 to 778; indexed. Top-edge is gilt, others rough. Bookplate on the front paste-downs. Very light fade to the spine; minor rubbing to top and bottom of spine. A sol;id and attractive set.. Fifth Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good (Plus)/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
