One corner has a small spot where the cloth has worn through. The boards are slightly scuffed and have two very small white spots on the cloth. There is a blank library envelope pasted to the rear pastedown, but no other indication that this was ever a library book. The DJ has 0989 at the bottom of the front flap. It is price-clipped and has been laminated in clear plastic. It is has four long tears (one of which completely severed the rear flap) that have been tape-repaired from the underside; all held together by the laminate. There are several small chips as well.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Fair. Illus. by Nicole Rubel. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
