Second issue (we are informed) with publisher's monogram on title page, "Published August 1924" on copyright page. 448 pages, clean and bright. Tips, top and bottom of spine slightly bumped. Lettering and cloth in excellent condition. Front and rear endpapers lightly yellowed. 1/4" horizontal tear middle foredge of title page and contents page. Hinge cracked at title page, but binding remains tight.
