A fine, first edition copy of this brightly illustrated historical work on the British Royal Arms, enclosed in the original dust wrapper. The first edition of this work. Written by Charles Hasler, an accomplished typographer and book-designer. Illustrated with numerous in-text illustrations, divided into Pre-Norman, Norman, Plantagenet, Interregnum, Tudor, Stuart, Hanover, Saxe-Coburg, and Windsor designs.
