Stain to rear board, internally in first class condition throughout. First edition to feature the groundbreaking photographic illustrations of Adelaide Hanscom. This is the undated first printing with sepia photos printed on tissue, and illustrations credited only to Adelaide Hanscom, later editions also credited Blanche Cumming. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown endpaper dated 1909. Potter: Bibliography of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam (258). Overall condition is Very Good Plus.
