WWII era Supervisor's shop book of "Rules and Regulations" (13 leaves), Job Descriptions (5 leaves), Safety Regulations (10 leaves), several pages of employee names and section numbers and a few leaves of mimeographed regulations; 16" x 11" folding drawing of the B-17 fuselage with section numbers for rivets, etc. The employee names show female workers on a separate page, with their section numbers (rivet assignments); hard evidence that this manual was used during World War II. Bound in a full limp leather six ring binder (5" x 7"). Very good.
