Bumps to corners, a few faint stains to front. Min. shelf wear to top and bo ttom of spine. No forrmer owner's name on endpapers. Back inside cover has pencil "50" discreetly near spine. B/W illustration on frontispiece has Ruth in skirt and sailor type blouse riding a log dow n the river. Caption reads: Behind her the timbers poured down the bluff. Text has a bit of min. yellowing but is clean and bright. Overall a very good copy of this vintage book.. Hard Cover. Good.
