Corners are worn rounded partially away, spinestirp edging is taped w/black makeshift rebinding, 1"x1/4" chip on spinestrip, marbled endpapers, cracked hinges, 1/4" dampstain on top edges of front endpaper & pastedown, Frontis engraved portrait of Rev.Christopher Brown with his books/Labeled : Divinity, Philosophy, Astronomy, History, Chronology, & Geography, & Poem by Creech & also Latin Verse, Dedication page to His Royal Highness, George, Prince of Wales w/engraved 3"x4" print of Royal Coat of Arms, Profusely illustrated w/fascinating engraved plates; one of which is dedicated to Thomas Lord Bishop of London; of which depicts Holy Land map w/old english navigational globed sphere and Lords of England gathered in specualtion.
