Sobre este artículo
The eighth title in Willard Price's "Adventure" series featuring brothers Hal and Roger Hunt and their global quest in search of wild animals.
Dustwrapper art and illustrations throughout by Pat Marriott.
Hardback. Publisher's turquoise faux-cloth with title to spine and illustration to front board; top edge of page-block stained grey-blue. In a dustwrapper priced 16 shillings to front flap, and with the usual Cape clipping to all corners. pp 190, [2], including b/w illustrations. Size: 8 x 5.5 inches approx. (202mm x 140mm).
Dustwrapper rubbed and worn to spine ends, corner tips, and flap folds; top and bottom edges stained with aged sellotape glue residue, especially noticeable to verso; a little dusty and marked in places; slightly darkened to spine. Boards and spine generally very clean and bright, just a light shadow/offsetting to tail of spine from old sellotape to dustwrapper. Endpapers a touch foxed and toned, some sellotape staining/offsetting to bottom edge; occasional foxing and dustiness to pages but generally very clean throughout; edges of page-block a little spotted and age toned.
Nonetheless, remaining a nice, clean copy – presenting well in its dustwrapper.
