Octavo (7.5" x 9.25"), pictorial wraps. 207, (1)pp. Beautifully illustrated with full and half-page color plates and black and white drawings. Very slight wear. Originally published in 1935, this Godine edition Is profusely illustrated by Michael Loates, who has also written the foreword.
