Softbound, 9.5x7 inch wraps, somewhat edgeworn and handled with a food-fleck decorating the corners of pp.26/7, an okay copy of a fetching tribute to these friends. Boulestin, the restauranteur, is said to have been the first chef to have given cookery lessons on television; one of his talks is printed here.
