Text is clean and unmarked, binding cracked front and back. There is some tanning to pages due to paper used and age. Booksellers sticker (White House) inside back cover. Paper wrap is in poor condition. This is a collection of 25 reproductions in photogravure from etchings & drawings prints by Pennell of San Francisco. The prints themselves are in good condition and suitable for framing. Each print is backed with cardboard like sheet. Some are titles: the Last of San Francisco, Kearny Street, Down and Up the Hills to the Bay, Sacramento Street and many more.
