Polygraphic Company of America, Inc, 1954-01-01. Spiral-bound. Good. I believe all the pop ups are in tact. Some are a bit worn or have slight tears. The paint pages has the paints and someone painted a little bit, but did not finish the animal page. There is no paint on the clock page. The brush is missing as is the box. There is writing in pencil on the cover. Cover has some wear. All in all a very cute book and great example of vintage pop up art.
