Without the jacket. Pencil gift inscription. Aldin's name is misspelled "Alden" on the cover label. 25 long poems about hunting, hounds and terriers, ploughing, country ways, a huntsman's alphabet, etc. "A Sportman's Prayer" pleads, "Give me a girl who..." can cook and sew, will love my dogs, can ride a horse, sew on my buttons and darn my socks, and more of the same. Somehow overlooked in M.L. Biscotti's bibliography of foxhunting books. Can be sent outside the US for less than the default shipping rate.
