Presentation inscription dated Christmas 1900, later collector has inserted Nov. 1900 as date of publication.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Orders in the €100 area and above will be sent by registered post (i.e. with tracking). Tracking on cheaper items, if desired, will cost an extra €8.00 - this is the postal service charge.
