Sobre este artículo

New York: The Viking Press, 1966. (10), 150 pages. Rare first printing of this classic work by the scientist Time magazine once called "the Paul Revere of the environmental movement." For the first time in book form Commoner warned about the twin dangers of nuclear winter in the event of nuclear war and climate change fueled by unchecked capitalism. The book is in near-fine condition, clean, bright, and tight--marred only by first owner's name and date of purchase from the Missouri Book Store in Columbia. The dust jacket, with $4.50 price on front flap, is in very good condition: clean and bright, with some relatively minor color rubbing and edgewear; one 1/3" closed tear at foot of spine.. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
