T. C. & E. C. Jack, 1893. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1893. No Edition Remarks. 239 pages. No dust jacket. Gilt decorated brown cloth with a colour illustrated frontis. Moderate foxing and tanning to pages with heavier rubbing to pastedowns and endpapers. Slight dog-eared pages throughout and both hinges are cracked with exposed netting. There is cracks to guttering with exposed netting with tears to some of the pages edges. Binding is loose. Boards have heavy rubbing and edge wear. Visible tip ex marks and moderate bumping to corners. Distinctive crushing to spine ends and major tanning to spine. There is fraying to cloth at corners and spine ends.
