Sobre este artículo
New York: Scott Publications. 1939. 1,456pp. + addenda & ads. illus. orange cloth 8vo: Good/no dj [front hinge is cracked but quite firm; edges are age browned; some darkening of orange cover cloth; else a complete & tight copy] A particularly interesting edition owing to its completion in August 1939 just before the world was torn apart. The illustrated coverage includes all manner of countries and stamps that would never be seen again, relating to dying empires, colonial possessions, nation states, Hitler and Mussolini commemoratives, etc.
