This book makes no claim to be an exhuastive treatise on the religious policy of the Scout Movemner; it is in no sense and analysis of the Scout Law or of a Scout's duty to God. It has nothing to say about boy pscyhology. It is an attempt to supply in a handy form the practical information which a Scouter is likely to need in arranging a service for his Scouts, either in a church or other building, or still more in camp, where a library is out of reach and time for study is limited. It is not intended to take the place of existing books of prayers and hymns, but to be used in conjunction with them.
