Sobre este artículo
London: Henry Frowde / Oxford University Press, 1908. First Edition. Hardcover in blue cloth and white titling. Very Good/N/A. Rare book on the screens and galleries (architectural details) of churches in England.
Book is very good - tight and square - with over 150 photographs and drawings. Cover soiled, corners bumped and rubbed, no dust jacket. Textblock edges soiled and lightly foxed. Interior is clean and bright.
Contains bookplates of banker Harold Chandler Kimball (1861-1911) and his son, Charles Pond Kimball (1897-1982). Harold Chandler Kimball was an organ aficionado and this is reflected in his bookplate.
Scarce title with provenance.

Sobre Librariana Fine Books
We believe that a library is much more than a room or a space. A library is a place to work, rest, love, think and dream. It is the heart of the home.
Our mission is to help individuals, families and organizations furnish their bookspaces in a way that reflects their personality and values.
Beginning with fine books, and extending to other "librariana" - art, antiques and collectibles that make a space a library. We also repair books, and consult with home owners, organizations and bookstore owners looking to make their bookspaces into purposeful sanctuaries.
Whether your bookspace is a corner shelf in a bedroom, or a grand corporate space for meetings and work, Librariana can help "improve your library".
