Cover has an address label taped on and there are 2 staples on the top corner, corners and ends of spine are shelf worn and bumped, bottom of spine is damaged, 2 pages toward the back are loose and there is an ink stain on foredges. Former owner's name is on title page. Flipping through the over 600 pages, I did not notice any markings, but top corners are bumped. This is rated good ++ on a scale: poor, fair, good, very good, near fine and fine.; 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall .
