We pack all of our books with the protection they need to arrive in the exact condition they are sent out in, guaranteed. Standard delivery is 3 to 10 business days worldwide, but sometimes parcels can take up to 45 days. International Express postage is available. Please contact for a quote.

In-store pickup for online orders is welcome 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm.

If you have not received your parcel and it has been longer than 10 business days for Australian deliveries or 20 business days for International deliveries contact us so that we can open an investigation. It is very rare for our parcels to go missing. Your package is most likely awaiting collection at your local post office or has been delayed in customs.

Missing parcels will be replaced or refunded in full. Replacements or refunds for missing parcels will not be issued until Australia Post has concluded an investigation. International investigation times can vary. As per the Universal Postal Union Agreement international partners have up to 60 days to investigate. Rest assured we care about your order's safe arrival.
