Toronto: Ryerson Press, 1921. First Canadian edition. Hardcover. pp. 342. Small 8vo. Bound in original green cloth ruled and lettered in black. Trifling amount of shelf wear, 1920s bookseller's ticket on bottom of front pastedown; else clean, tight and in very good, to near fine, condition. The original dust jacket is a bit darkened at the spine, with a few spots of soiling, a bit of chipping along the top edge, and at the folds; else in good plus condition. First published in 1921 by Methuen in England, by Ryerson in Canada and by Doubleday, Page, in the U.S. This is thus the first Canadian edition bound from the American sheets.
