Illustrated paperback binding with white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. First published in 1936, this 1974 edition is a direct facsimile of that edition. As the title would suggest a book on cryptograms, ciphers and codes, how to use them and how to decipher them. Some creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels. The rear panel is quite yellowed with a few handling marks. Light tanning and foxing of the textblock edges with age toning of the pages. A few faint foxing spots to the end pages.
