Sobre este artículo

London: Methuen, 1900. First Edition. Hard Cover. (London: Methuen & Co., 1900). First UK Edition. 320 pages plus 46-page publisher's catalogue dated August 1900. Publisher's pale blue cloth flecked with white, lettering in yellow and red, pictorial artwork to spine and front cover, top edge trimmed, fore and lower edges uncut, slight fading at lower edge of spine, edges of spine panel rubbed, corners a little rubbed, end-papers tanned and foxed, slight foxing to prelims, possible book-plate removed from the front paste-down overall a Very Good copy. A very scarce collection of short stories which includes ghostly and supernatural tales. At the time of listing there is no copy on the net in the original pictorial binding. A very scarce book. Although the author is most famous for his classic novel of supernatural horror, "The Beetle" (1897), Richard Marsh's best work is often to be found in his short stories and in "The Seen and the Unseen," he is at his best.
