February 29, 1864.--Ordered to be printed. 34 pp. Disbound government document. Residue from book remains on spine edge, spine edge is also creased with some chipping from binding. Document pages are lightly browning along edges, some small foxing spots. Text is clean and easily legible. Document in VG condition.. Paperbound. Very Good. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Slavery.
