Good. - 12mo [approximately 6 inches high by 3-3/4 inches wide], brown cloth titled in gilt with decorations in gilt on the spine & in blind on both covers. The binding is bumped & rubbed and the head & tail of the spine are chipped. Title, [ii] & 176 pages. Illustrated with a frontispiece with a tissue guard & an extra engraved title. The front endpaper is lacking. There is foxing to the prelims & to the rear endpaper & pastedown with occasional foxing to the text pages. The last leaf of the text is creased. Good. <p>First American edition.
