London: Henry G. Bohn, 1854. Book. Very Good. Quarter Leather. Second Edition Improved. Folio. pp. 15 + 30 plates printed to the recto only, engraved title page and additional title page. Original Publishers red morocco binding with red pebbled cloth boards, bold gilt decoration to both boards. Binding very good with a little general wear and a little rubbing to extremities, leather to base of spine very lightly chipped, corners slightly worn. Top edge gilt. Contents clean and tight, slight spotting to title and preliminary pages, minimal spotting to plate one, otherwise all the plates are very clean without foxing or spotting. A very good copy in a handsome binding..
