Coloured lettering on spines of jackets is rather faded, most evidently in the case of the red lettering on vol. I. Bookplates on front pastedown of each volume, signature of same owner on ffep. Outer edge of page-blocks foxed, lower edges a little dust-marked. Still a handsome set.
