Pages and plates are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Light thumb-marking present. Minor pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Previous owner's plate to front pastedown. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Moderate sunning to spine and edges. Stained marking to boards, with some discolouration to cloth. Clipped jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Water staining to rear panel. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Foxing and scuffing to surfaces.
