Fair condition. Stapled booklet with orange card stock covers with black text. Covers show much soiling, tears, holes, and chips. The back cover has shifted toward the stapled spine so it no longer lays quite right. First page has inscription in ink. Front and back pages have age spotting, maybe from the covers. Surprisingly the rest of the pages (except the stapled center pages) are very clean and the stapled booklet is intact.
