The text is illustrated with copious colour photographs throughout the text. 1/4 black coloured cloth covered backstrip with gilt titles. 3/4 photographic board with white titles to the front panel. A little rubbing to the book corners and backstrip edges. Previous owner had placed her name to the top right-hand corner of the half title page and it to the top right-hand corner of the contents page. History of ancient Egypt in the Old Kingdom -- 2658-2135 BCE. Part of the "Echoes of the Ancient World" series. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
