Condition is Near Fine: very clean, binding strong & square, pages slightly off-white with mild tanning to edges, but completely unmarked. Top outside page edges, stained green, have faded somewhat. Corners crisp. Th unclipped wrap-style DJ (listing to #20 on front flap, CA #20 on rear flap, ND #35 on back cover) is VG- (minus): some small chips & creases, light soil to rear, but no fading or tears; nicely protected in new mylar cover FREE!
