1915 Hardcover, likely First Edition in Good(-) condition. Pages are clean, bright, and unmarked, though age darkened at edges. Covers show wear and some fading. Front cover is starting to loosen at hinge, but certainly repairable. Binding is tight. Perfectly serviceable as a reading/reference volume, just not coffe table great......but I guess that depends on your coffee table.
