In the original pictorial unclipped dust wrapper. Or Shall We Die is an oratory with words written by Ian McEwan. It was set to music by Michael Berkeley and performed at the London Festival Hall by the London Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. The performance was conducted by Richard Hickox on the 6th of February 1983. It covers issues surrounding the arms race during the 1980s and the idea of war. McEwan asks if the world is ready for the consequences of war. In the original publisher's cloth in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart. The boards are bright and clean. Internally firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Fine

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
