Black-and-white illustrated title page and illustrations within the text have all been done by John Gretzer. Green coloured boards with black coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Bumping to the head and to the backstrip edges and some rubbing to the book corners. Shelfwear to the lower book edges and top paper edge is discoloured and somewhat dusty. Gift inscription on the top right-hand corner of the free front endpaper. Illustrated dustwrapper (wraparound), again by John Gretzer, with yellow and green coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing to the dustwrapper corners and slight chipping to the backstrip edges. Remains of the sticker can be seen on the lower right hand corner of the front panel. Browning of the fold overs, and both the front and back fold overs have creases.
