Light soiling and trace dampstaints to boards. Ownership signatures to front pastedown and endpaper. A handful of pages are torn or chipped throughout, though none missing. Pages very darkened with age; binding sound overall. 237pp., advertisements.

"She" is Ayesha, the mysterious white queen of a Central African Tribe-and the goal of three English gentlemen, who must face shipwreck, fever, and cannibals in their quest to find her hidden realm.
