Sobre este artículo

London: Epworth Press, 1937. First Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8.75 x 6. The interior of the book is clean and crisp, with no yellowing or marks (even the name of a former owner). The paper covering the front hinge has cracked, but the hinge itself is undamaged. There is one small stain on the bottom edge of the pages. The pictorial covers are fresh and colourful, showing a seaplane flying over a ship which looks to be caught in an ice field. There is light edgewear, and bumping and rubbing to the corners. The red cloth spine is slightly rippled, but the paste-on of a young Arctic explorer is undamaged. Overall, a very attractive volume. Contents: By ship and 'plane to the Pole, by Edwin G. Powell; Lost ball, by Mark Winchester; The dancing man, by William R. Bawden; Ronald Milroy's vow, by Edward Leslie; Islam's dagger, by M. E. Simpson; Space Lines, Limited: a tale of A.D. 2037, by Ken Harrow; The swot of the Sixth, by David Morris.
