Tan cloth with gold spine titles, 380pp, index. 150 illustrations including 74 photo plates, a photo frontis and line dawings in text. This is a guide book written in 1929 for shooting of partriges, grouse, pheasant, woodcock, snipe, blackgame, capercaillie, ptarmigan, hare, wild geese, ducks, shore birds. The begining chapters deal with the GUn, and gernal shooting hints, clothing & equipment. The book begins with a dedication to the Prince of Wales and ends with an index to First Aid and Shooting accidents.
