The covers show soiling/toning, foxing, wear/chipping to the edges, and chipping with loss to the spine. The upper cover is loose but present, laid-on. The text-block is solid. The contents are bright and legible, but with scattered foxing, soiling, and with damp-staining to the bottom, outer corner of many of the pages. Bookplate of A. J. A. Symons. .
