Clean pages except for dark foxing along page block edges; no owners' marks; hard cover shows dark gray spotting at all panels and inward turns at corners, and jacket shows a dark thumbprint at mid-spine, shallow wrinkles along spine, a scuff with small spots of open abrasion at the lower right front, and some edge chipping, but remains largely sound and attractive, now protected in a clear sleeve. Includes a special preface for the American edition. [xii], 141pp.
