Back cover lists Dana Girls Books, ending with #25 The Mystery Of The Stone Tiger. Scarce, Out Of Print, Book. The endpapers show the girls with their flashlights, walking away from a ramshackle house. Spine displays Volume# (23) and 9223. List on back cover ends with this book (The Sierra Gold Mystery). "The search for a stolen sapphire ring, a missing grandfather, and a lost chest of gold nuggets leads the Dana sisters to California's gold country in the Sierra Nevada mountains."
