The "The Third Force" chapter highlights the participation of Russian emigration in the fight against the Soviet Union during the war (the author himself was a member of the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia, General A.A. Vlasov), about the ROA, about life in the displaced persons (DP) camps after the war.
