Sobre este artículo

London, United Kingdom: Peter Davies, 1933. The author was a well known writer and academic, born in Holland who moved as a young man to Britain - this book deals with his early life. *** From the library of Anne and F.G.Renier with their bookplate to fixed endpaper, this was the author's brother and sister-in-law, notable collectors of childrens books and to whom this copy is author inscribed and signed twice by him on the ffep on two separate ocassions *** SCARCE THUS HAVING BEEN SIGNED BY AUTHOR ! A sound, near good copy with moderate wear and signs of handling.(a little moreso to head and tail of spine) and significant sunning to the spine. Cloth is somewhat marked. All pages present and correct. Clean internally and well bound. Two interesting newspaper cuttings about the author are loosely laid in, one in his native Dutch and the other in English. Signed by Author. First Edition and First Printing. Cloth.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Good/No Jacket. FIRST EDITION.
