Also a full page frontispiece engraved portrait titled, 'Achmett Ben Ali, an Aga of Tunis'. The Hibernian covered news and politics in Ireland, Britain, Europe and North America, as well as theater and book reviews, original prose and poetry, and business, marriage and death notices.
