Circa 1920s, 243 x 120 mm, 9½ x 4¾ inches, colour illustrated limp card covers shaped round sweet little boy in voluminous green and white trousers and huge straw hat, lower cover plain, 11 pages. Charming red and black illustration to every page, 6 full page, for the old rhyme. Neat archival tape repair to spine, staples rusted, lower cover dusty, contents very lightly soiled, 1 full page illustration of Simon partly coloured by child, quite neatly.
