This copy has signed, color art by Navajo artist Ernest Franklin on the half-title page and is signed by the author on the title page. Hillerman directly signed few copies of this title and many signed copies offered online have been signed on a page tipped-in by the publisher. Housed in a Fine, dark blue, Buffalo Medicine slipcase. The ninth Chee and Leaphorn mystery.
Sinopsis
The Sinister Pig (Navajo Mysteries, Book 16) finds Sergeant Jim Chee of the Navajo Tribal Police dealing with a murder victim found just at the edge of his jurisdiction, at the vast Jicarilla Apache natural gas field. The FBI intervenes to take custody of this case from the local agents and call it a hunting accident...but there's more than meets the eye here.
